    I ordered some laundry sheets on June 2, and waited over 2 weeks, so I sent them an e-mail and they said it takes 2-3 days for an order to ship. I sent them another e-mail requesting my order be canceled and money refunded to my account. As of June 21, no product or refund. Bad company

    I ordered the product and received and empty shipping envelope! I contacted the company for a second time: "I ordered this product and received an empty envelope without any product inside! I reported the mishap already, but no response, yet I received an email informing me "someone" will reach out to me within 24 hours, which NEVER happened. My order number was order #xxxxxx, please send me the product or a refund. Thank you"This was their response: "Thanks for reaching out to Clean Boss! ??We sincerely apologize for the delay in attending to your request. We regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience as we are experiencing a high volume of inquiries. ????We are pleased to inform you that your order #xxxxxx; has already been successfully delivered on November 6, 2024."DO NOT ORDER, this is apparently a scam!!!If they ever replace/refund my money, I will write another review, but from what I've experienced so far, they clearly don't read their emails thoroughly, so I don't expect a refund or the product redelivered. My second regret is I did not save the empty envelope I received!

    When my Clean Boss was delivered it was in a plastic bag dripping wet. Opened it and all 4 bottle spray caps were loose and 3 bottles were 3/4 ro 1/2 empty. Contacted Clean Boss they sent a replacement order and I received it in the same condition. I did try the product and plain water would have done as good a job! Horrible smell, did not clean as advertised!
