    Have pending order with Capelli Ny placed through my sports organization which was ordered MONTHS ago. Have not received. Their customer service is non existent , our soccer season has been underway and continue to wonder if we will receive our items before the season ends. They are in violation of FTC merchandise rule. Will be reporting this and I urge others to report as well. Bad company, bad customer service, no updates upon multiple emails. No accountability. The type of company that that feeds off of sports organizations thinking they can get away with it because the players/families have no choice but to wait. Reputation on the internet succeeds them. Take a look at all the REAL reviews from people who have placed orders. Horrible company.

    I waited over five months to receive my son's team goalkeeping uniforms. I have yet to receive his training uniforms that I have spent hundreds of dollars on, which I ordered Almost 7 months ago. **************** is horrible. There is no phone number, just an email and they take 12 weeks to even respond with an automated email. Absolutely unacceptable! I do not know why my son's soccer club switched from ****** to Capelli.

    As a customer, all you want to know is more details about the item you want to purchase, but I was stunned when the store's supervisor made a scene and embarrassed me when I calmly asked! I would never return here, and others who wish to check it out should be cautious.

    Disrespectful people, horrible service - Who is in charge of training the disrespectful employees of this place? I'm sure it's the management because the managers here are rude as well! Not only were the services provided to me horrible, but the management also refuses to acknowledge their terrible and low-quality outputs. Avoid dealing with this company!
