      Incredibly bad customer service. I paid $26 for express shipping. Shipment is late. They wont refund shipping. The item is not returnable and it did not arrive in time for the event. This is not a good business. Buy elsewhere. Could have ordered this shirt from a more reputable retailer for the same price that would have been returnable and met their shipping commitment.

      They are such a scam! I ordered a jacket in navy discounted from $320 to $240 and with a sign up additional 15% off. Shipping was extra $14.49 (no free shipping offered). Apart from the jacket not being navy (more like eggplant) I noticed that the sticker on the jacket showed MSRP of $180!!! We tried to contact customer service and leave voicemails but they don't answer or return phone calls. I ended up sending the jacket back which will cost me another $10. I want my shipping cost back! You are offering fake discounts and not describing your product correctly. Shame on you!

      Ditto to the comments about poor quality of Elie Tahari garments. Unimaginable is anyone paying such ridiculously high, full prices for any of their garments. Made in China. Final Sale price is barely reasonable. I'm so disappointed, having purchased a coat which looks fantastic on their model and which fits perfectly but is, proportionately, poorly constructed and of poor quality all around. Elie Tahari exudes a level of quality which is, nicely put, misleading. Purchased by ********************************* in 2018, that explains just about everything...

      Ordered a jacket, final sale, recieved an item of such poor quality. I ended up feeling like I was taken for a fool. Trying to get in touch with customer service and also called my credit card company. I fear I may end up with a poorly made item that I will never wear and more than $200 lost.

      I purchased my order in good faith, thinking I was going to get a quality item but they shipped me the wrong size, they did not answer the phone nor did they respond to the many emails I sent. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ELIE TAHARI

      Do not buy from them. Bought a Christmas gift from my wife which arrived late, even after paying for priority shipping. I attempted to cancel the order before it arrived, then I attempted to return the item. No one responded to my emails or picked up the phone when I called. Completely ghosted by them. I had to open up a dispute on my credit card. Do not do business with them.

      Elie Tahari clothing quality for Black Friday purchase arrived 3 1/2 weeks later (though I was charged within minutes of placing order) and two items I purchased are NOT what their images looks like on their site.
      They have non-existent phone and online customer service while PRETENDING to be there 24/7 for their loyalists.
      Elie Tahari, as a name brand which this former life-long loyal working professional always relied on, is NO LONGER a quality company nor any merchandiser I will ever purchase from again.
      The most disappointing consumer experience in the last decade can be summed up in two words: ELIE TAHARI
