      Every single online order Ive made this year from H&M included one incorrect item (you ordered one thing and they send you something completely different instead). To fix this issue and get your money back, they demand you mail the incorrect item back and they charge you a $5.99 return fee which gets deducted from your return. Then you have to go and repurchase the original item you wanted. So they make the mistake repeatedly and consistently, charge you $5.99 each time, and then you have to spend more money to place another order to inflate their sales. Very suspicious

      I placed an order with H&M online less than 12 hours ago. It appears I only updated the billing address not the shipping address. My item has not yet shipped, I called H&M and they told me they cannot change the shipping address even though the items have not shipped. I do not have access to the mail at the prior address as I have recently moved. I have calmly explained this to them and they told me its too bad. I either need a refund or for them to redirect my items that have not yet shipped, to the correct address.

      On Saturday March 4th between ****pm I placed an order Online with H&M for approximately $182. I received a notification that my purchase was declined, but then I had the $182 removed from my account. I did not receive a confirmation # or email. I have contacted them to ensure my payment would be returned or to receive the tracking information and they told me to wait 3 business days - it has been 3 business ******** have not received either.

      I have been looking to go clothing shopping, and the H&M store in *********** is the only chain in the city. I prefer that because other stores dont carry my size. H&M has on ******* foursquare, and other sites a location that appears to be open. I went to this location only to find out it has been closed for 6 months. ****** also has an update from the owner from 7 days ago saying it is open. This is clear advertisement fraud

      I ordered clothing items from this business with 3-5 day shipping. I never received my items as it appears they are lost in shipping transit. Company asked me to follow up with them on the 22nd for a refund if not delivered. I did and now they keep pushing the date further back and not issuing a refund.

      I bought an Rampage rc truck from PHLOEIOR online paid for the insurance shipping and the product with credit card paid for on January 7th shows when I look on the tracking map it shows it was delivered to the wrong address I never received the product yet and when I went to where the map shows it was delivered to the people said there was no package delivered to them on that day so in short I just hope you can help me to get the property I paid for its not fair to watch the tracking for a month everything going good till dropped at wrong address and the company wont try to rectify this situation I just want what *** paid for and Ive paid a lot to have this shipped from ********.       When I first we into a shop in ******* ******** ******** I bought $499 of items as well they said because I hadnt opened an account yet I should know theyre going to keep in their desk $136 of my reward money on gift cards. Now, I didnt get any financial benefit yet from the settlement for what reads H&M for Unlawfully Keeping Money in Unused Gift Cards. But it happened to me to and I felt they stole it from me as Im federal emergency management agency representative- in this instance I soon bought sweaters that were not congruent with sizes pertaining to ***** or ******* and I feel the sizes were false advertising and here I am working in a remote location where even in ******* local I cannot gain non-business access to produce return shipping labels and in addition to all the clothes being oversized for ** the white collars shirt was not machine washable and I got as milani foundation rubbed on it anything I used would not clean it and for subsequent poor franchise fabric used I would say in addition to a $136.00 check used because I actually did have H&M business before the steal of pet say its mine Im keeping your bonus money on gift cards I expect a considered refund on the white ******* shirt as much as sweaters I never learned to wear than that in its machine disagreeableness as macho thinks the gift card turned to corporate check comes first because they used my 40% off and said the extra off would go in gift cards I would never censure and not even if and when I called them and wrote them my receipt original did they want to credit me my 40% then refund the receipts of poor position and something about 3 x ***** equates $90: $226 should be the resolve about amount in corporate check in and out as maybe learn not to steal from customers everywhere as again as not seller standard as couch and buy the books ending

      Ordered H&M on 1/16/23 for $140 w/ a 3-5 Delivery I have contacted **************************** 3 times in regards to my order DHL claims they only have the Shipping label while H&M States my order was sent. I requested a refund and H&M REFUSED! No one speaks clear English as their **************** is outsourced outside *******. The customer service is horrible! A escalation case was created only for me to receive an email a day later that my case was resolved ! They have No clue whats going on there. Everything is coming from a script!! The status is still showing In route since 1/18/23. I want a resolution either my Items or my Money Back!!

      I have contacted H&M SPOKE WITH THE SPANISH CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE AND THE REP WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE POLITE AND REALLY REVIEWS MY CASE. She refunded my payment and also sent me a discount of 15% off! the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
