      Yes, like too much of fashion retail, it has terrible customer service. I made an order thru ********************** and never heard anything for about a month and finally got in contact and by that time the product I wanted was out of stock. I like the clothes, but I recommend getting the product through 3rd party vendors. They just gave me this crummy apology saying yeah you should have been informed earlier...like why not ********* the order on time, instead of having to give a refund and all that. they could have at least given me some points or a coupon for free shipping or something.

      So apparently London Fog is owned by Iconix Brand Group, so I can't figure out how to send feedback to London Fog. I bought two London Fog suitcases and the very first time the larger one was checked, it came back with a chunk of the bottom of the suitcase peeled away. I sent an e-mail to London Fog Support inquiring about filing a warranty claim - they responded and said luggage ************* to be worked with Leisure Luggage and gave me their e-************ number. So... I sent e-mails to Leisure Luggage. They never responded. Also tried to call their number numerous times. I'm convinced there are absolutely no one answering phones there. It always says "there are no agents available" and tells you to leave a message... then the mailbox says it's full... but then the call rolls over to another number and seems to let me leave a message. Those messages were also not returned. "Leisure Luggage" is a bulls*** company who has no intention of trying to fulfill London Fog warranties. I solved this problem by returning the luggage to ****** - they shook their head at the story, said "someone has to take responsibility" and gave me my money back. Bravo *******
