      Totally false advertisement on the Full Grain Colombian leather products: laptop backpack, briefcase, duffle bag are all misleading and use false advertisement.They are in fact genuine leather and are misrepresented/falsely advertised on every platform from Amazon to Macys and others that carry Kenneth Cole. I looked at ***** Poshmark and Mercari for used bags claiming to be Colombian leather and they are all genuine leather. This brand has been misleading consumers for years and are not being held accountable

      We purchased a wool Kenneth Cole rug and it was completely defective. It is unable to be cleaned, even with wool cleaners, without causing massive yellowing and staining. We have purchased wool rugs in the past and never had this problem. We literally threw more than $1000 down the drain as the rug became unusable a few days after buying it and we were forced to throw the rug away. Steer clear of Kenneth Cole rugs at all costs!
