      Mango is one of those companies that truly doesn't care about customer service. They don't take accountability after issues arise or even care to find a solution. They simply say sorry, have a great ****** far I've received two defective items from this company via mail. This is coming from someone that has only shopped there about three times, so two out of three times defective items? My final straw was when I decided to give them a chance again and ordered from their Mango outlet website. If you need to return, you pay return shipping fees. You can't return to a store because they're not the same. I asked if there was anything that could be done regarding the return since I've already had two issues that I've ignored, and they said no. I understand I made an error not realizing they had a different return policy than their original website, but it was an error just like they made 2 errors sending me defective items. I asked for a favor since I've already had bad experiences and nothing. That's just their policy, and they apologize for my negative experience. Basically, any issue you have with this company, you'll get a sorry, and they'll keep it moving. They don't care about improving the experience nor finding ways to keep a customer. Poor customer service; they do not care about their customers.

      I purchased something online. I sent it back for a refund. They were unable to refund my money using the original purchase method. They are asking me to email them my checking account routing and account numbers along with the bank's SWFT/BIC code. I called my bank and they do not have this code because my bank does not process international wire transfers. I asked Mango to issue me a store credit or a gift card. At first they said yes, then a few days later they explicitly told me they do not have store credit or a gift cards at Mango.

      It is very difficult to talk to an actual person if you have any issues that require help. There is no customer service email. When you call the phone number, it will hang up on you at the end of the menu. If you are lucky, you can catch someone on their live chat but there isn't always someone available. I am giving 2 stars because I was eventually able to get a return started but it took me 6 hours of trying to contact them.

      Mango has no option to speak to an actual person for help. I sent in an exchange over a month ago and have not received it nor heard from Mango. I did another exchange a week later and received that item. In other words they have taken my purchases item as a return and kept it and my money.

      Website offers an EXTRA15 off promotional code, but it wasn't working. So I proceeded with the order and emailed them the screenshot of the problem to price adjust. However, their useless customer service rep said that the system is automated and wouldn't be able to price adjust. Overall, the promotion is just a SCAM that tries to inventiveize customers to make purchases, but there is no such promotion since the code is dysfunctional. Lastly, let's hire more AI to get rid of these human who's writing these irresponsible responses.

      I placed an order on the evening of 8/12/23 through my Mango account and put it under my current address (which is my default address in my account) and their system changed the shipping address to an old address that I had 3 years ago. I noticed right away and submitted a form through Mango.com asking if my address could be changed. The next day I hadnt received a response so I called customer service. I was told by a man that he could not change my address but could cancel my order. I agreed to this and said ** repurchase with my correct address. He told me that he was able to cancel by order and that Id receive confirmation in an hour or so as well as a refund in a few business days. Immediately after hanging up I received an email from OnTrac with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number saying that my order would be shipped on 8/17/23 (4 days away). So I called back an hour later and spoke with a woman who told me that I misunderstood the first call and that my order was packaged up and ready to be sent so they could not cancel the order. I asked her why I was lied to and she told me that there was a mistake. They did nothing to help. I called an hour later and went through the automated person on the phone to see if my cancellation request was still present and they had denied it. My tracking number says that the package has not been processed or received and it says that it was be shipped in a few days. I went searching more info about this business and come to find out their reviews are awful because of their poor customer service and unethical practices. I have no idea what I will do because Im not able to get the package at my old address. Mango was absolutely no help and they strung me along. I they need to make this right!

      Placed my first order with this company and the only tracking was dispatched I waited weeks and finally got an email saying they couldnt deliver it, I reached out to the carrier and was told it had been undeliverable for a week and I was not contacted. and Mango and basically hung up on me and said sorry nothing we can do. They also blamed their US carriers that this happens often and it isnt their fault. Cant replace the order or just reroute after its returnednothing. The communication was horrendous as well as the customer service. Never will order again,

      I’ve made a purchased in November 2022 and returned the items and received an email on 12/18/2022 stating I’m getting refunded and YET I have not received my money. I’ve called and emailed them a several times to get a status update and all I see them saying is the moneys been issued and I need to check in with my bank!! They have horrible customer service representatives that are useless and when I asked if I can talk to a manager or supervisor **** (representative) said they don’t have anyone above them, what kind of organization is this!? So disappointed. NEVER SHOPPING HERE AGAIN!

      I have been shopping online at Mango for a while and I had to deal with the most horrendous, incompetent, rude and unprofessional customer service from them recently. I placed an order in November 2022 and never received part of it. I waited for about 3 weeks in hopes I would receive it before I called customer service to ask for a refund. Its been 3 months now (February 2023) and I have made at least 6 calls during this time. My issue has still not been resolved, I haven't received my refund and all the customer service representatives have been extremely arrogant and useless. All they have been saying is that the issue has been "escalated" and there's "nothing more they can do at the moment". Is this how Mango chooses to be accountable to their customers? There is no way that company has anyone who is at the least minimally educated judging from my experience. Shameless.

      There is no customer service available. Placed an order 2 weeks ago , few days after received a notification that it was shipped. Since then there was no update to the tracking, only that the carrier is expecting an item from a merchant. Mango only created a label in the system, but never physically shipped my order. There is no phone number you can reach them, only online form is available- but good luck in trying to get any response from them. This is the last time i ordered anything from them.
