      I placed an order with *** Baker on 12th December for a sweater and unfortunately the shipment was lost. I reported that this was lost on 22nd December and no one got back to me via email or phone. I raised another ticket to request status on prior ticket and no one has got back to me yet. Then I decided to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and since 22nd December the credit card company is waiting on their response. I have called customer service many times and no one is available and the ultimately you are directed to email address from where you will never get a response. This is been my worst ever online retail experience.
