    We were very on the fence about signing up for Founders Card. Since the card is so exclusive, you cannot find a lot of information about it before committing to a trial membership. If you are on the fence like we were, let me tell you SIGN UP. Founders Card has been amazing. The level of customer service is over the top. The benefits are incredible and the discounts add up quickly. We have only had the card for 1 month and have already racked up savings of over $1,000 between business and travel. More importantly, Founders Card Concierge has helped us plan our honeymoon and given us TONS of great suggestions, tips and discounts for the upcoming trip. I cannot recommend Founders Card Enough.

    This company is a complete scam, I got 395.00 charge with absolutely no warning. I got the card free from jetblue last year and had no warning it would autorenew since I didn't pay the first time. I will be contacting jet blue about the business practices of this partner as well.

    Additionally, I went to website and there was no place to cancel. It has a generic mailbox.

    Repeatedly try and charge my credit card (13 times in less than a month) to renew despite me replying to multiple emails that I do not wish to renew. This company is a fraud and will be reported if this continues.

    I emailed Founders Card four separate time asking for a cancellation prior to my membership renewal date, on October 24, 2021, June 10, 2022, June 13, 2022, June 14, 2022. Each time, they responded to propose a modified agreement. On August 9, 2022, they charged my credit card anyways. Thankfully the unapproved charge was flagged by my credit card company. Unfortunately, they are required to send me a new credit card with a new number, creating a huge amount of extra work. This could all have been avoided if they respected my four requests to cancel prior to renewal.
