    Hue scammed us with their "LiFlat by Hue" Kickstarter campaign. In February of 2022, I paid $74 for a product that was originally promised to be delivered by July 2022 (I purchased a pair of shoes and insole covers). Hue said they were confident in that timeline considering they were such an established, reputable company. It is now April 2024 (two years later!) and there is no word on when to expect the product. The company has stopped responding to messages. Messages that I sent a year ago have gone unanswered. They have not shared any information about whether these shoes will ever actually be shipped. Because it's been literal years, I can't file a complaint with my credit card. I have zero confidence that these shoes will ever ship, and even if they do, I don't want them anymore. Backers deserve a refund at this point.

    I am another victim of Hue's "LiFlat by Hue" Kickstarter scam. I paid my pledge for the product and waited patiently for the company to work out their flaws. The original estimated shipdate was 7/2022, which was pushed back multiple timea with varying toothless excuses. The last time the company has bothered to communicate with any of it's backers was 6 months ago.If you cannot fulfill your promise, refund the people that mistakenly put their faith in you.

    February 2022, I backed an Kickstarter campaign by Hue for a womens shoe. In the time since, the company has delayed and refused to refund customers despite repeatedly changing the promised product and removing options for pledgers in both color and style. Vague emails and updates have been issued as every deadline they set has passed. Most recently, the company promised leggings as an apology for the more than a year delay (with no product likely, since they still wont show pictures or actual information about a timeline). I never received any leggings, and most fellow pledgers did not. We have been unsuccessful in complaints filed with Kickstarter, and messages to Hue and the campaign organizers are no longer being answered. I can no longer file a credit card dispute despite never having been given a product because of how long Hue has delayed in accurately telling us that no shoe is ever going to be manufactured. They are now claiming to have a product shipping by July, but I am very concerned now that unless I file formal complaint, I will never see this money back.

    HUE, a national fashion brand subsidiary of ********************* (parent ******* of ********** Coat Factory and No-Nonsense hosiery) initiated a Kickstarter campaign in early 2022 to raise capital with the intent of designing, manufacturing, and delivering to campaign backers a pair of shoes, as well as other selected rewards. The campaign was mis-managed from the outset, by HUE's own admission; this ranges from not sending out complete redemption information via survey, changing promised reward types after the campaign was closed (shoe cut, color, pattern, etc.), and being completely unresponsive to backer emails/comments. There are ****+ campaign funders that are still waiting promised products, several of whom have requested contact to update shipping addresses. Despite numerous requests for updates and transparency, HUE/********************* has neglected to provide the products promised and has effectively ceased communication. The original intended delivery date was July 2022. Citing supply-chain issues, that delivery was pushed to February 2023. The most recent update (Feb 10) states that a July [2023] ship date is estimated. No mentions of the concerns voiced in the campaign comments or outreach to any of those who have emailed directly. *****************************************************************************************************

    Hue created a campaign on Kickstarter to create a new shoe (Liflat by Hue). The product was promised in July 2022, then updated to unknown, then updated again to February 2023. There have been no product updates since November, and I still am not in receipt of the product or shipping information. I ordered 2 pairs through the campaign, as well as sock liners. At this point, Hue has stolen my money and will not provide any response or refund related to the ghost product.
