    In December 2022, I placed an order for a Christmas present and thought the monthly subscription service was a great idea so I signed up for a recurring subscription. The order was scheduled to be delivered 12/19/22. It never was. The company claimed there was an issue with ****** I'm in the same city as the company and offered to come get my order so it could be there in time for the holidays. That request was denied. Their website went down and the ****** number associated with the company stopped working for several weeks. Eventually on 1/4/2023, the owner ************************* emailed and assured me that a refund would be processed the following week. One month later I've resorted to filing this complaint. I've also filed disputes with my credit card company since the recurring subscription charged the next month even after being cancelled - and of course not providing the actual product. If it's not a scam, then it's terrible customer service. Either way, I want my money back for 2 months of this service that was never provided.
