    I purchased a ********************* brand coffee percolator off of ****** in 2023, and in early March 2025 a piece on it broke. ****** did not have a way for me to contact the seller, so I went to the seller's direct website. The seller's website had a "Contact Us" tab, with an email account to contact: ******************************************* I sent the seller an email saying that the piece had broken and asking if they would provide me a replacement. The customer support email I received in reply was from someone named ****** using a slightly different email, relations-***************************************** ***** apologized for the broken part and said they could offer me two replacement sets at $2.99 each (for a total of $5.98). They asked me for my credit card number, expiration date, zip code, and CVV, which I provided. They then came back saying that my credit card had declined, and asked if I had a different card. I only have one other card, my debit card, so I provided them that information. They then told me that my debit card had not worked either, and they needed me to try to log into Plaid, an interim finance connection service, and provide them with my 6-digit verification code via text. I also provided them that 6-digit code, stupidly. They then told me THAT was not enough, and I would need to provide the login information to my credit card. At this point I ended the call because it felt suspicious, called my bank and shut down my debit card, and froze my credit card. My bank said that they actually authorized the seller on their end to withdraw money from my account, and told me I would have to wait to see if they removed more than $5.98. Unfortunately, on March 22nd, a withdrawal from my debit card for $1,942 occurred. Since my debit card was frozen to all NEW authorizations, they were able to get the money with their existing authorization. Then, on March 25th, $10,319 was removed again from my checking account connected to my debit card through a ACH origination withdrawal.

    Received a Mixpresso coffee maker as a gift and when it was opened we found that it was missing the coffee container. I contacted Mixpresso and was told that they did not supply replacement parts. I stated repeatedly that they sold the product with a part missing and that they were responsible to supply the missing part because it was their manufacturing error that caused the part to be missing from the package. They refuse to accept any responsibility for selling a product with a missing part making it useless without the part. This is a form of theft and fraud and they will not do anything to correct the problem that they caused. They basically have stolen the money paid for this item since it is un-useable without this part!

    Ive sent video & still photos to mixpresso for a gifted coffee maker literally exploding with steam, water, coffee over entire surface of new, now damaged grout. They have refused to refund the money to my sister, *********************************, for her purchase of my ***** ****** to me. I sent them the receipt from Amazon to verify all purchase details. They have NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL. Ive had about 8-9 e-mail exchanges with them. This has been going on for over a month. I am unable to send the large video files. May I send them another way?

    Mr. ***** at Mixpresso emailed me April 4, 2023, stating that he refunded the full $79.99 purchase price of a faulty machine I received and returned to Mixpresso. The refund has never been received. I followed up by email on April 17th. May 15th ***** sent screen shot that added "Refunded: ******" It did not include a date or an account number. I emailed May 17th explaining that I had received no credit in this amount in my checking account from which I made the purchase. I asked him to provide accounting information for where the refund was sent. I have received no reply as of today. Today I emailed him and said I would be making a complaint to the BBB and that I want my refund immediately.

    I purchased a coffee maker and returned it. I was told I would receive a refund of $49.99, but no refund has been sent or credited to my credit card.I have proof that the equipment was received by the company via the post office, and have 2 emails stating that my money would be refuned.
