    Date of Interaction: 11/9/2024 Ive been interested in selling an autographed baseball to this establishment since it is close to where I live. Originally, Ive tried to reach out via phone, but they never pick up the phone whenever I call (I always called during normal business hours and days), but since that hasnt worked, I had decided to email. On 11/9/2024 after I emailed them, I immediately got a response from them stating We buy autographs with valid certs from reputable, well known authenticators. Send us pix and what you're looking to get for the ******** the exact time I received the email, I responded by sending the photos of the item I wanted to sell them and followed that up by saying I was looking for something between $700 to $850.On 11/10/24 and 11/20/24, Ive emailed them back saying Hello and good evening. Just reaching out to see if you've received the photos?Nearly ***** days later and I still havent heard back from them. Im hoping you (the Better Business Bureau) can reach out to this establishment and find out what is the reason that they havent emailed me back because I doubt that they are extremely busy that they cant email me ******* looking forward to hearing back from you and the business soon!

    The person who filed the complaint emailed us to sell an autographed baseball. We responded that we do if it has a valid COA. We asked that they send pictures of the ball, as well as what they wanted for the ball. They DID NOT include an asking price so we did not pursue the ball. We receive 100 calls/emails a week from prospective sellers. We do not purchase every item and we do not make offers by email. We will respond to his email that we are not interested in his baseball.
