    On 3/22/2023, I booked an IELTS English language test for 255 us dollars. The confirmed test date was 4/15/2023 at the ******* test center. On 3/28/2023, I received notice that my ******** visitor **** I was applying at that time has been approved, and I needed to send in my passport to the *********************** in ******** for the **** stamp.On 4/11/2023, still have not got my passport back from the ******** VAC center, I got anxious for the upcoming IELTS test the coming weekend, which apparently only accept passport as the valid id. Unaware of any email addresses of the test center, I began calling the test center twice a day for advice *************). Each time, no one picked up the call and I would be instructed by an automatic system to leave a message, only to be told that the mailbox is full and I could not do so. Each time I registered my number for a call back, but was never contacted.On 4/14/2023, my call was finally answered by a staff (presumably the administrator ***************************). After I explained my situation, he offered to transfer my test date for a fee of 60 ** dollars. (Each time I spoke with them on the phone, I was also informed that they are recording the conversation, so they should be able to cross check the content of the conversation). I filled out the form as requested, only to hear nothing about it since. On 4/17/2023, I started calling twice a day again for a followup, with no success or call back until 4/20/2023, when the same ************* me that the transfer is in order and will show up in my account soon.On 4/25/2023, however, I suddenly received an email accusing me of not paying for the $60 transfer charge, for which I never received any requests or instructions as to how! They have since forfeited my entire registration fee without any service.It is unacceptable that with every possible effort from me to ensure communication the issue, to make a complete 180 turn at the last minute. IELTS should transfer my test date.
