The check was cashed and funds were taken from my checking account. I never received my items. I then requested a refund and have not received my payment back.The amount I spent was $308.99.I have a running email that I could forward that has all the particulars.       Better Business Bureau:

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Metropolis Collectibles Inc. regarding complaint ID ********.  It appears that Metropolis Collectibles feels that it is above the law (and NOT concerned about good business practices) and willing to not only ghost me but also the New York BBB.  I will no longer give Metropolis Collectibles my business and I would encourage everyone else to reevaluate their actions with a business with such blatant disregard to customer satisfaction.
