    I checked out a building advertised by blue ground. The pictures did not correlate with the location of the building as was confirmed by one of the residence. The interior pictures were the same as another listed apartment. When I emailed one of the reps she was **** and dismissive and never answered any of my concerns. I would not deal with this company.

    This is not a business with integrity. As you can see by the 1 star reviews they false advertise as their business model. They rent average to below average units out for top of the rental market prices. They had to replace the mattress, the blinds in 2 rooms, the rug in the living room, the vacuum cleaner and the kitchen garbage can in my unit. They don't know anything about ethics or even rental management. They claim to be "bespoke"... *****. They should be **** by probably everyone who's ever don't business with them and I'm about to *** them - I stayed in their dirty unit for 2 nights before getting another place to stay. They want to still charge me the full $5,900 and only want to refund $600. They are a really terrible "company". They need to be held accountable.
