    The transaction was started when I was in ************. I relocated to ******* in Feb 2023 on Permanent Residency. Now I am currently based in *******, **.The supplier (AHD EQUITY LLC) was supposed to supply the refined sunflower oil by Nov. 30, 2022. Then he (the *************** of AHD Equity LLC) requested for extension of the deadline, which I granted. However, he repeatedly failed to fulfill the order and kept postponing. I then cancelled the order requested for the refund (See the email communication appended). However, he repeatedly came up with a pretext and didnt refund.To resolve the matter, I took a flight & booked hotel visited and met the *************** of AHD Equity LLC on 24th of May 2023. I have a selfie that we took during our meeting in ****************** in ******** on 24th of May 2023. I will provide the photo when I am requested to. After I returned to *******, I sent him repeated emails but still he did not refund me (Email communication appended). Because, of his action I lot a big profit that I would have made had he supplied me the product. I lost a net profit of $512.153.40/year.I would appreciate your help in getting me the refund of $59,496.00 and plus the damage compensation ($512.153.40/year).Regards,*****

    Subject: Proposed Payment Arrangement and Apology for Transaction Delays

    Dear Sir,

    We trust this message finds you well. We are writing to address the past challenges we encountered during our business transaction with *************** represented by ************** Aliye in ************.

    Unfortunately, unforeseen circumstances arose when our supplier in ******** encountered difficulties in shipping the agreed-upon product within the stipulated timeframe. Despite our persistent efforts to rectify the situation with the **** factory, complications arose, impeding the timely collection of refunds from them. Consequently, we working to fix our own funds to credit ************** for their refunds.

    During this period, we had the opportunity to meet with ************** in ******** during his surprise visit. We are actively working to resolve the issues with our **** counterpart and addressing complications in our accounts, which we anticipate will be resolved imminently. 

    In light of these challenges, we propose a payment arrangement with **************. Commencing on March 31th, 2024, we intend to make monthly payments of $14,885.25 over the next four months until the entire originally deposited amount is credited back to **************. If agreeable, we plan to initiate the first payment of $14,885.25 on March 31st, 2024, to ******************* LLC.

    We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused during this transaction. Please be assured that we are diligently working to resolve the matter promptly.     I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved as long as AHD keeps it promise. If AHD fails to consistently pay in the said four consecutive months starting from 31st of March 2024 then I will opt to ask for additional damage pay for the lost business and opportunity.
