    Good evening . I encountered a problem with Vodafone *****. Vodafone Cash electronic wallet. They announced a competition for every time I make transactions on the *** Vodafone program. Vodafone Cash. chances to win a prize of one million Egyptian pounds. I made very, very many transactions until I reached 2 billion chances. This is a very large number. After that, my points were reduced to -7. I dont know how this happened. After that, I made other transactions and my chances of winning increased to 6 now. .I spoke to customer service about this problem and no solution came.     Good evening . I encountered a problem with Vodafone *****. Vodafone Cash electronic wallet. They announced a competition for every time I make transactions on the *** Vodafone program. Vodafone Cash. chances to win a prize of one million Egyptian pounds. I made very, very many transactions until I reached 2 billion chances. This is a very large number. After that, my points were reduced to -7. I dont know how this happened.     I purchased a Vodafone e-sim to use while traveling in the **. I could not use it - it would not install. I kept getting an error message. I have iPhone 15 Pro, so it is not the matter of an incompatible device. I even went to a local Vodafone store in *********, but they could not help me either. So I ended up using my carrier's plan. I was not aware that refunds are issued within 14 days, and if a refund is not possible, so be it, but I wanted you to be aware (I suppose we are all used to a little bit more flexibility nowadays). By the way, I could not find the exact business - it was Vodafone Travel. I contacted their support, and they quoted the closed refund window and refused to issue a refund. I have to give them props for a very quick response, though - that was nice, even though it did not say what I wanted to hear:) I will not go bankrupt over the $13, but it is the principle at this time. The product is not ******. Thank you.
