    Very little information on how to use product once installed. Customer support only by chat on internet is extremely slow. No way to talk by phone. Not compatible with my DuckDuckGo browser. No refund after 60 days. ********* my subscription.

    This company should be shut down. They tried to send me a notice about my account and I do not even know who they are. Why are they still in business. No way to contact them.

    I have been using a free account and they stopped allowing me to add passwords a long time ago, which was ok. But I still have always had access to the passwords I previously put in. Today I went to look up a password and all of them were locked! I can no longer see my passwords to anything. Apparently the only way to be able to regain access to my passwords is to pay $60 for a membership. I cannot find any way to contact this company other than through a bot on their website. This is a horrible way to force people to pay for your app. I want access to my information back.

    I have been a long term customer using ******************** - one of the password managers available on the market. The system is reasonable regarding functionality but when a situation arises that requires technical support (often) there is only one way to contact someone from either customer service or technical support. Recently (over the past two weeks ) the system crashes very frequently and consistently. In these instances there is nothing that a user can do that requires ********************. This difficult situation is made worse by the fact that there is no support for this product. I encourage anyone that is considering the use of a password manager to highly consider the alternative. systems that are available and ensure that they have a human to contact for customer support. I am thinking seriously about discontinuing my use of Dashlane even though that will require a lot of work.

    This company has the worst customer service ever. I got locked out of my account and I could not get anyone to speak to me on the phone. There are far better password managers out there. ******** is a waste of time and money and you will lose all your passwords. Dont use it!
