The company I actually received my education through has been trying to contact **** to lower my percentage for my **** **** has been unresponsive and keeps charging me the full amount. When the full amount comes out after they charged me today, Im going to overdraft. When I contact ****, they get back to me very quickly and tell me that my educational company has not contacted them. This is not true and I have proof.

This company has predatory lending at its best! I have tried to contact this company several times to update my income and request that the exuberate amount is too much as I have other bills to pay. This company has only responded via certified mail, stating that they have talked to the BootCamp that I attended and could not do anything based on what the BootCamp told them. The other lies are that the Bootcamp I attended stated that I could not be granted a forbearance or deferment as it would violate the company's contract. Why offer deferments if you are not allowed to have them? Now they are threatening to take my account to a collections agency. When I do call them, they do not pick up their phones. Email is the only option to get a response, and it is the same generic response that the BootCamp you've attended does not allow us to do anything but your account is still past due and going to collections if you do not pay this huge amount. I regret that I did not research this company, only to discover that I am a victim of predatory lending. If I can't afford the large amount they are asking, I may need to talk to a consumer attorney and figure out my options.

Horrible customer service, and even worse experience. There are constantly error emails saying I input something wrong such as income or tax statements, and when I go to fix it - the site deletes other entries and creates a new error. Example: I will input Novembers income, press save, and upon clicking, it resets Septembers income to $0. I'm constantly getting threat emails that I'll go to collections, although I've never been late on a payment. Then, trying to contact their support, they have yet to pickup the phone. When I leave a message, they don't reply so you have to schedule a "call-back" time. When they do finally call back, the helpers don't fix anything, and are barely "helpful". They only restate how to fix the problem, even though it's not my fault in the first place.
