**** ****** ********* *sking for compensation for failure to provide contracted services and related late corrective action. After considering various options, it appeared that a cash compensation was well justified but I have not heard further from the organization. We complied with all requirements as we left the apartment on 03//1/2025 and left the apartment in better condition than we found it (photos are available if required).

At this time, I have not been contacted by Furnished Quarters LLC regarding complaint ID ********.

      Sincerely,

d attempted to get me to stay at another apartment/different location. The apartment was a 3 flight walk up, and I told him due to medical conditions, I can't walk up 3 flights of stairs. He insisted the 3 flights wasn't bad, so I agreed to take a look. After looking at the apartment with family, I declined (too many stairs) and again requested a refund. He refused, saying he need a 7 day notice in writing. I said, how can I give a 7 day notice when I just arrived at 3 am to an apartment that smelled like there was a gas leak? Please refund my money, so I can secure another place before I start work. He refused saying my only option is to transfer to another property. He told me that I never smelled gas. I said, how can you tell me what I smelled. The apartment smelled like gas and my family smelled it also. Although I told him I had a medical condition, he still tried to get me to stay at a walk-up property. I told him no, and since I never stayed at FQ, I will like a full refund. He said no.
