      I ordered a product and received the customary notification. I was informed that a label was created but there is no indication it was actually shipped.Unfortunately, the company does not respond when you attempt to reach their customer service department.I even tried by ******** Messenger. They asked me one question, I replied, and they did not respond beyond that.*****, my mother did not receive the birthday gift I ordered for her 75th birthday.
