      So I've ordered from bareminerals before always got butter drench lotion the last time I order I bought 2 because their alway out of stock. When I received my order they both looked like they were used and the color and texture were total different. They did give me my refund back and told me to keep it the product which I was at ***** trying to return it getting a hold of them is impossible I called during hours they said call back I email it says it's full what is going on this product used to be outstanding now I will never trust it again . To bad

      I was a happy customer with bareMineral products. I bought those products at Ulta. My favorite is the bareMinerals powders, and especially the brush separate. When I went back for another brush, I was told they are no longer in stock. So I went online and bought another brush. When I received it, the plastic part that keeps the brush clean has been different. The piece cannot work. Too tight with a ring in the plastic. I thought I would try it, hated it, but it was too late to refund. And yet, I tried again, thinking that it was a mistake or a scam. I bought it again, noting that it is surely bareMineral brush. When I received it, it is the exact one from before. Not able to keep the brush clean. I went back to ****, who always refunds. But this was not from them. They said they there is another company bought up to bareMinerals, and there are problems. It was nothing they can do. I wish to contact the new company with a refund on 2 brushes. I also want them to show the brushes in their marketing. The plastic piece is not even in their ads. Please do not buy from them again.

      I placed *** order on Saturday for ******. They charged me twice for it. I sent them two different emails since that Sunday about it and never got a response. When i checked to track my order it would not let me. I just spoke with someone over the phone and they said that since i had an issue placing the order with their website (it was glitchy) i was charged twice but one of them will fall off in 5-7 business days. I wanted them to cancel both charges and refund me but according to the person since the order was already processed they couldnt cancel it and i would have to return it. Then when i asked if they could at least check to see where my order was as i had ordered it two days before and had signed up for two day shipping but hadnt received anything, she puts me on hold only to turn around and tell me they cancelled the whole order because one item was out of stock! When i asked why i wasnt even informed of this she said they mustve been having issues with their emails since a different company took it over. Very disappointed as i enjoyed their makeup in high school but will not ever purchase from them again. Very poor communication.

      I ordered a product from Bareminerals.com on 11/24 and never received it. I followed up with customer service three separate times and was told "systems are down." It is now almost two months later and I have not received my product or a refund. They took my money and never resolved the issue. I am appalled at this company's lack of competence. I think there is something seriously wrong with Bare Minerals.

      I Placed an order and order never arrived called customer service and their system was down for 2 weeks and couldnt get any answers when I finally got an answer they first told me the order shipped but they couldnt provide a tracking number and then changed the story and said they couldnt ship my order all they could do is offer a refund which would take another week to process!! I will never order form this company again!!

      I placed an order on Dec 1, 2022. I have called several times and asked for my money to be returned of which they are refusing to. Every time I call and 1/6/2023 was may latest conservation with a CSR and she says my order was lost. OMG OMG!!!! They have been telling me this whole time they are in a middle of an upgrade with their systems. They also have NO supervisors to speak with. ***!!!!! The CSR today (1/6/2023) says I will receive an email when my refund has been done. I don't trust them and know that have $65 of my money. I'm sure like everyone else your money is just not something you give out for free. I work hard for my money, and I would expect a COMPANY like this to be better than they have been. This is the FIRST and LAST time I will ever order anything from this website. I am also reporting this to the BBB.
      I don't even feel they should get my 1 star... They deserve 0 STARS!!!!

      I ordered products during Black Friday sale, 2022 and my credit card was charged 4 days after order was placed. Order was never shipped. I called and emailed the company many times and every time I was told they could not look up my order because the "system was being updated". Because they couldn't look it up, they couldn't review anything related to shipping and was unable to process a refund. I also could not find my order history online. I tried over and over to resolve the issue and just kept getting the runaround. I was patient at first, but after weeks of this "system upgrade", during the holidays, I realized they never intended to ship my order or process a refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card.

      9/19/22, I placed a phone call to bare minerals customer service asking why my gift card wasn't working online. I also could not see the gift card balance using the websites tool. The man I said the gift card worked on his end and I could place an order over the phone. I wanted to do it online. He told me the card was probably not activated when purchased. I ordered two cards from bareminerals.com in December of 2021, one for myself, one as a gift. I also received another gift card as a gift for Christmas that also did not work. He told me he would have to send the information up the chain, there was no manager to talk to when I asked and I would receive an email within 10 days. I received an email on 10/11/22 telling me my gift card had a $25 balance and was activated for use. If I had trouble making an online purchase to call. I tried to make a purchase that day online and the gift card would still not work. When I called, they told me it should be activated, they would activate it again and if it didn't work within 30 minutes to call back and place an order over the phone. I called again to let them know it wasn't working and to ask for new cards. They told me that wasn't possible. I decided to call again on 10/13/22 to place an order and use one of the gift cards since I couldn't use it online. When I placed that order, I asked about my other two cards that I purchased, being fed up with multiple phone calls and time spent, I asked for a refund for those gift cards. She replied yes, took the numbers and pins for both cards and processed that for me. She said I would receive my money back in 3 to 5 business days. I didn't receive my money back. I called on 10/21 and this person said she wasn't sure she could refund my gift cards even though the last person said they could. I received an email saying sorry can't be done, you can still use your gift card over the phone. I called on 10/24 to use the gift cards and now they don't work. Absolutely ridiculous

      Ordered 7/21/22. On 7/26 a shipping label was created but order never sent to shipping partner ****** I have called, emailed, and online chatted with no resolution. They just told me to wait until 8/4 when they're out of the delivery window (even though they were long out of the processing window of ***** hours) and that they would overnight delivery order if it didn't show up by then. Waited until 8/5, called them and they said sorry we're not doing overnight delivery but we'll ship by 8/6 and you have to wait an additional **** business days. Even got email confirmation that it would re-ship no later than 8/6. Nope. Here were are 8/8/22 and still have not had my order shipped or even reshipped...and they won't cancel my order!
