      I purchased 2 eye lash curlers online from Charlotte Tilbury. The material was very cheap, so I returned the order with the shipping label provided by the company. Order #*******. I have not received a refund for this order, so I contacted customer service. I asked to speak with a supervisor, and I was told no one was available and hung up on. I called back again and got a different representative and asked her if I could be transferred to a supervisor and was told again no one was available. I find this hard to believe! If I do not hear back from someone today regarding my refund I will file a dispute with my credit card company, that seems to be the only way to get my refund at this point.

      Hello, I recently had my makeup done and they used Charlotte Tilbury blush and highlight. I loved it so much I purchased them both. When I opened the first on and used it, I realized the tube was not full and I had to squeeze to get the item to come out. I thought this was a mistake or maybe mispackaged but when I opened the highlighter, it was the same issue. I am hoping after spending so much on such a small item, I would be able to receive a product that was full. I see no reason why the tubes would be so empty. This item is at a high price point for the tubes to not even be half full. I was so disappointed that I contacted Charlotte Tilbury and they told me that since I purchased the item through Sephora and not directly through them online, they could not help me. This was not an issue where I purchased the item at all and they ignored my complaint.

      Terrible customer service. Missing an item in my order, spoke to two reps and emailed couple of times. Nothing resolved. Wont shop this site again
