      i have returned my order ********** back to *****,tracking number 1*****************,and they send email said have receive my return package and will process refund in 2 days but now i have wiit almost 2 weeks still didnt get refund i have ask the expert several time ,but they give me same words with no help and the attitude is perfunctory,my package was returned this month,expert told me they refund last month, This is ridiculous. The customer service didn't check my order carefully,Then he said he didn't receive my package i think the customer service could not help me,please help refund

      I am writing regarding my recent order, ***************. After receiving and inspecting the package, I realized that the Este Lauder Nutritious Super Pomegranate Cream, which was the main item I anticipated, was missing. This product was the primary reason for placing my order, and its absence makes the order incomplete.I reached out to customer service to request a replacement for the missing item or a return of the entire order for a full refund since I did not receive what was advertised. However, I was only offered a 20% refund, which does not reflect the value of the missing item. Without that specific product, I would not have placed the order at all.Despite sending multiple emails to your customer service team, my inquiries have gone unanswered. This has occurred in the past, and though I accepted a 20% refund for previous orders, I am requesting a full refund this time. I believe this situation constitutes false advertising.

      I returned the nourishing shampoo and leave in conditioner to Aveda from an online purchase. They only refunded 1 item, both products were sent together. Tried calling Aveda to resolve the issue and customer service could not help me. I was to get a call back, but never received one.

      I placed two orders last night, my credit card was charged for these orders. I wake up this morning to my orders being canceled. I chat with Clinique online to have some explanation that doesnt make sense. Saying my orders were cancelled and I need to wait for my bank to refund me my money and I can place more orders with a different card if I want to. Really? Why would I do that? You already took my money for my orders and cancel them and you want me to place more orders with a new card? Plus the sale is off now so I would be paying full price. Either way I want the real reason why you canceled my orders on an account I have had for 14 years and my money refunded.

      I was gifted a $50 giftcard for Clinique on February 15, 2024. I attempted to make a purchase at Clinique.com on March 2 using the giftcard and received a server error. The purchase showed as pending in my checking account (the cost above the giftcard amount) but did not actually go through. I tried to resubmit but my giftcard balance was now $0. I used the chat function and was told my giftcard would be reloaded in 24 hours. I checked after 24 hours and it was still $0. I called again and was told that I was misinformed and my giftcard would take 72 hours to be refunded. By this time the pending charge in my checking was gone, confirming that the purchase did not go through. Since I have called or chatted ***** times and each time I am told theyve opened a ticket and someone will get back to me, I must have used it, call giftcard, call customer service, hung up on, etc. It has been nearly two months and Clinique representatives refuse to address this issue after multiple attempts. Because Clinique refuses to address this issue or escalate to the appropriate leadership - i wish to file a complaint.

      Order ********** Package with tracking ****************** My package was split into 2 deliveries one was supposed to arrive today. it showed deliver but i did not receive. so i called up *** and they said they lost it and issued claim to sender for lost package. I would like my money back as this time i wish to go to store and buy my items manually.

      I am supposed to receive a refund of $268.35 from Origins order number **********. Three separate agents have submitted this refund and every time I contact back I am told no refund has been issued. I just want my refund as promised.

      11/27/23 Returned 2 items, sales person said, they will mail a refund check in the amount of $51.65. ( I have all the receipts including the one that says, check will be mailed out to me). 12/21/23 I called the *** store to ask when will the check be mailed out. Was told it takes 4-5 weeks. 1/13/24 ******** the Store Mgr called to let me know check was mailed on 1/12/24. 3/5/24 Spoke with ******** to let her know I have not received the refund check. She said, she will call the **** who issues the checks and will call me later to give me an update. 3/13/24 I called the store and left a msg for ******** to call me. Have not received a call back. 4/4/24 I called *** ************* *************) they said, they cant help me and I would need to call the store. They went through all the notes on my Acct and said they could see everything was documented. They gave me a Ref # ********.Could someone please help me with my refund check? Thank you!
