    Dear Better Business Bureau,I am filing a formal complaint against UNiDAYS for discriminatory practices that deny access to student discounts for students enrolled in nontraditional, distance-learning programs.I am a law student at ********************************** (****), an accredited online institution. In an effort to verify my student status, I provided multiple forms of documentation that included:An official email from the ****, containing my student ID, program details, and enrollment information Screenshots from my student portal showing my student ID number, name, program, and enrollment term Despite these submissions, UNiDAYS rejected my verification ******************************************** which my online institution does not issue. My documents contained all necessary details (name, student ID, school, program), and my situation was clearly communicated. UNiDAYS failed to review the provided documentation and instead dismissed it without consideration.This refusal to accept reasonable verification methods is discriminatory, violates consumer protection laws, and denies access to advertised services. I request an immediate investigation into UNiDAYS discriminatory practices and failure to comply with basic standards of verification for all students

    This business is refusing to service me after providing all necessary documentation required. Im not sure if it has anything to do with my ethnicity or having a disability but I was not serviced but my colleague was serviced.

    Dear Unidays Support,I am writing to express my deep frustration with Unidays' verification process. The ongoing issues I have encountered are as follows:1. **Repetitive Verification Attempts:** Despite providing clear documentation that includes my name, school name (*************************), and a valid admissions date, I've faced persistent difficulties.2. **Continual Requests for the Same Information:** Unidays representatives, including "*******" and "*******," have repeatedly asked for the same information I've already submitted, causing frustration.3. **Lack of Resolution:** Unidays has failed to adequately address this issue, resulting in delays and inconvenience.I have attempted to address these concerns through Unidays' support channels, but the situation remains unresolved. Therefore, I am compelled to file a formal complaint with the BBB, seeking their assistance in mediating an efficient resolution.     I was using UNiDAYS for the student discount. Some how I cant login to my account. When you push the support button it gives you an email to contact. They do NOT answer. When you push request password change, they say they will email you a link thats good for 24 hours. Ive done this several times and I never get an email. I feel like its a scam so people cant get student discounts

    I would like the 10% off for my student discount. Here are the photos to show that I am due my 10% off of my purchase. I bought merchandise off of the *** website and I had a UNiDAYS discount student code. Why didnt I did not get 10% off
