    The Wing is under new management and it's horrific. Once an honorable workplace for women with unique programming, delightful food and an environment that supported the unique needs of entrepreneurs - The Wing now is focused on poor management, how they can do as little as possible for members, and overseas management so there is no one who can take ownership and solve problems in the U.S. much less in your specific location. No one is empowered to enhance your experience, and all member perks are evaporated. Most importantly, a recent glitch in invoices ended up causing 4 months of billing to be charged to my card in one month. This was with absolutely no notice, no clarity, no written communication, NO APOLOGIES, and 4 weeks of back and forth before they communicated what was wrong, and that I would not be getting any of these charges reversed. To be clear, I was billed in for my February / March membership in August. Basically, the team had not billed members for months, despite sending invoices, and then billed all of the outstanding payments all at once. This sent my monthly budget haywire, and I can't believe I am the only one. The Wing was a brilliant idea and now managed by people who don't care about people and if they cared about operations or keeping members, this would have been taken care of with a different level of communication and care.

    On March 21 I asked the employees to book a room for me on March 22 because their website was down. They booked the incorrect date, so I cancelled it and booked the room for myself after the site was operational. They charged me for this conference room on June 28. I followed up with no suitable resolution.

    At this time, I have not been contacted by The Wing regarding complaint ID ********.

    I ended up submitting a dispute on my credit card, but that hasn't been resolved yet.

    I would like to know if I should/can edit/delete the email attachment because it has my address on it. Will this be displayed publicly?
