I made a reservation with the company for a hotel stay. I later needed to change it. The web site would not let me change it. The virtual assistant was no help, i sat on hold forever then was told they couldn't help me without a confirmation number. I hung found the number on the site. Then was able to change on site. I thought. I got a email the next day with the old date. I sat on hold again, finally talked to a person. They said they fixed it. But could not give a price for my stay. I asked for a supervisor to call me. They never called. I went to check in and the hotel still had the old dates. I called to speak to a supervisor again and i was disconnected. I called back and was put on hold to speak to a supervisor and waited forever and they never picked up. I finally hung up. I will never use the service again.

The complaint does not indicate what role PwC had with respect to the hotel reservation referenced in his complaint. Absent any information demonstrating PwC's involvement, it is not possible for PwC to investigate the issue this complaint raises.

The complaint does not provide enough information for PwC to investigate the concerns raised, and has not identified any affiliation with ***************************, who is referenced in the complaint.

Their HR Auditing is not trustworthy or educated in current HR policies and regulations as well as HRIS. Make sure to get a second opinion with anything related to HR when dealing with this company. This company is headquartered in the ** and does not understand US Federal employment regulations.

      Date: 08/29/2024

The complaint does not provide enough, or specific, information to allow PwC US Group LLP to investigate the substance of the complaint. To the extent the complaint makes general allegations about the quality of PwC's audit work, PwC stands behind the quality of its work and the competence of PwC professionals. It is worth noting that PwC is not headquartered in the **; rather, PwC US Group LLP is a Delaware limited liability partnership, with offices across *****************.

They've sent me reminders for a survey 10 times. This is beyond the pale. No company should have the authority to *************** like this. I also asked them to remove me from their email list. They had no right to use my email but I'm sure they have something is small print that authorized them to do so.

I called 1-------------1, Savings and Retirement, All **************** Services on 9/29/22 to ask if my *** was already sent thru postal mail to be able to access my account online. I'm just trying to access my ****, 401K and Wealthbuilder funds. ***** was the representative I talked to. She asked why I need the pin and I explained to her that I'm trying to transfer the funds out of PwC. This is when the conversation started to escalate; she started to sound condescending and rude - she kept on insisting, multiple times, that per her record in 2014, that I still "am" an employee of PwC and will not be able to make the transfer. I explained that I was no longer an employee since 2011 and described my job timeline, but she was still insisting about her 2014 notes in her record. She called out that I was yelling (which I'm not). PLEASE RETRIEVE THE ***** RECORD and judge for yourself. She was insisting that I confirmed in 2014 through a phonecall that I was on an international assignment when I called pwcbenefits. I said I would never confirmed such a statement because I already left PwC in 2011. I asked if she has recording of the 2014 call. At this point, I'm worried that somebody may have accessed my account without my knowledge. I only asked her the process how to transfer the money out but she always insist that I'm still in an international assignment. She did not realize that her 2014 notes or any other notes could be wrong and inacurate. Since I still don't have the *** to access my account, I asked if she can provide an ETA on how long it will take for her to confirm and change my status from "international assignment" to "resigned" and to correct such mistake. She answered with another condescending response. As a former PwC employee, this is not the quality we are tyring to sell to our clients. Also, we are already in the digital age. Sending a pin that takes 5 to 10 business days through postal mail is the most inefficient way....
