      Hello. I purchased 4 pairs of custom-tailored pants from Knot Standard on November 19th 2020 for $1,066.98. When they arrived, they did not fit and were not wearable. The measurements of the pants were completely different from the measurements they took in the store. Since then, I have tried to contact Knot Standard more than a dozen times since I received the faulty pants. I have called the store in ***, tried calling other stores across the country, sent emails, sent direct messages to their social media accounts, etc. Even my wife and mother-in-law have tried to contact them. On a rare occurrence, I do get in touch with someone, they never follow up again or return my calls/emails. I am looking for a full refund back to my credit card for the amount of $1,066.98. I will provide my credit card details once I hear back. I still have the pants and am willing to send them back if needed. Otherwise, I would prefer to donate them.

      I'm a handicapped person and I was online browsing for a suit at Jcpennys web site when I saw something I liked clicked on it. I started to look at it and check the price when the screen changed and it started to I guess to check out, my credit card info populated automatically. My credit card information shouldn't be in the tablet so I put down the tablet to ask my daughter how my information got on the tablet when I returned after a couple of minutes not long it told me my info was accepted and the transaction is complete. A few days later I see a transaction posted on my account for $1295.00 so I called and spoke with ***** on 8/20 I think, and she told me it was for a tuxedo I told her it was a mistake I didn't want to purchase anything ***** said she would contact her sales team and fix it . I called back on 8/24 and spoke with ***** again to check on my refund and she told me that they won't refund my money so I asked for a supervisor and spoke with ******* who told me I purchased a gift card and they won't refund my money I didn't want to make a purchase and I have never received anything no tuxedo no gift card, nothing They took my money and I got nothing and I don't want anything but my money back and cancel the transaction Reference number ********** Contact number ************
