I subscribed to Moodys Analytics to their ******** Software. Im trying to cancel the account since January 9. They dont have any option in their web dashboard to cancel the account and stop making recurrng payments, they only have a number and an email. When I called the number it was from a ***** realtors association and they told me they dont know anything about my account and they just ignored me even when I speak with multiple people. I then sent an email to *****************, who was the person that sold me the subscription, he answered me back that I dont have to worry and my account would be cancelled and I wil not be charged again. I also sent emails to the billing department and someone named ********************* replied and told me the same thing that my account will be cancelled. Despite of sending more than 10 emails to multiple people and making multiple calls to multiple people I was charged again $125 yesterday and my account has not been cancelled, all those people simply decided to ignore me.

At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Moody's has been resolved. The company made me a refund but I still had to cancel my credit card and had to pay the corresponding fees.
