SACRA is a privacy equity research company. They charged me $50 for a subscription fee, their website listed some pdf report that I want to access. Then after it was charged, I found that the report that I want to buy was behind yet another paywall. This is pretty deceitful sales tactic. I asked for the refund and cancellation of the service as I got zero value and zero service. Then the founder ****** **** insulted me on email saying I would never get my money back. I did an **** dispute and then found that the company provided proof saying that I did purchase the subscription. Sure but the dispute was about service not provided. I re-opened the **** dispute and now want to expose the company for the fraudulant sales tactic and chasing after the customer that they have deceived.

As a standard subscriber to Sacra, the customer was able to access all reports on the Sacra website. There are no additional paywalls for access, as the customer incorrectly claims. However, the ability to share these reports in PDF format is limited to pro subscribers.

Sacras terms of service clearly state that the cancellation of a subscription becomes effective at the end of the current billing period and that the subscription fee is nonrefundable.
