On October 10 2022 decided to cancel and attempted to do so unsuccessfully, their website is ********** and makes it impossible to cancel or delete an account as per worldwide regulations they are infringing on consumers' rights to cancel and get their account data deleted.3. 11/09/2022 after multiple attempts to cancel online, I get my first invoice for inadvertently $313.20 4. 12/09/2022 I get charged again, I filed a case with support after attempting other ways to remove our connection to their service, on 12/13/2022 they finally agree to cancel our service.5. 01/12/2022, I get charged yet again $169.20 for who know what They claims there was usage on our account, we never used the account not even during the trial, this business is misrepresenting their service and charging without limits to what they want.

A DataDog sales rep ********************* has been sending nonstop emails to everyone at our company. I then received an unsolicited call from him on my personal number, which is absolutely unaffiliated with my company and has never been given to DataDog. I told ******* to absolutely never call me again on that number and he immediately hung up. Three weeks later, he called me AGAIN on my personal number. Other employees at my company have reported similar contact, DataDog has been relentlessly hounding us and is not respecting our desire not to be contacted.
