      I received a personal loan offer with a code via mail. It directs how to accept the offer within the deadline by going to the website and entering the specific assigned CODE for the offer. I did it on 21st June 2024. After that, I received enormous texts and emails from *************************, an Associate Manager of Prudent Financial Solution. After I accept the offer on their website, it asked me to set up a 15-minute phone call appointment from the given available time slots. After that, the next 72 hours before the scheduled phone call with *************************, many emails and text reminders bombarded my inbox and phone. I came home early from my work so I can speak with ************************* in a noiseless environment. But he never called me. I called his number, ************, but it went to a generalized customer services voicemail. I called ********************************************* Solution to their official number at, ************. A staff answered the phone and put me on hold after listening to my queries. A moment later, he said, "****** will call me soon." I asked how soon. He said "in a couple of minutes." However, I never received a phone call from ******. They collected my personal info, and I accepted the offer and put my SSN in the offer, but now I think this company just tried to steal my identity, and I don't have any idea if they are going to pull out a loan in my name by using all my info or if they sell my info to dark web. If they run my credit (not sure if they already did), they should pull it back or remove any hard or soft inquiries. If they scam my identity, they should be accountable for this and face any legal charges. I want your intervention in this regard to prevent any mishap.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Prudent Financial Solutions, Inc. regarding complaint ID ********.

      During my calls to their office, I was often put on hold for extended periods after different agents answered. They would take my message, promise to pass it on to the appropriate person, and assure me of a follow-up. However, these promises were never fulfilled, and I have yet to hear back from anyone. This lack of follow-up has only added to my frustration.

      I tried my best to find out what happened with my application based on their pre-approved letter, as I consistently received text messages and emails for 72 hours stating that **************** would speak with me. They sent me a calendar invite for a phone call, which never happened. And after that I made a complaint to BBB.
