    I placed an order with helmm in June for $85.20 for a deodorant dispenser...order # ********** they charged my card and i have heard nothing from them since placing my order...the company should not have products on their website for sale that they cannot fill in a timely manner...i understand waiting a couple months for an order...Not 5 months!! this is unacceptable to me..any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated..

    I ordered the Compass deodorant set last fall and only received part of my order with no explanation. I emailed the company and called numerous times and no one ever got back with me. Being a small business owner myself I chalked it up to staffing problems and let it go. This February I thought I would try to order this specific product again. I placed an order for the Herritage Starter kit and again the Compass starter kit. Three weeks later I received the Herritage starter kit but again I was missing the Compass starter kit. No explanation was given is to why my order was shorted. I have tried calling and emailing this past week. I have had no response from the company. They now have taken ****** from me. I want the company to acknowledge my complaint and either refund me or send me my merchandise.
