    Placed Order ****** on Dec10. Expected delivery was Dec 13. It is Dec 21 and still no package. Mando shipped *** ********. A good way for *** to blame **** for non delivery or vice versa. The cgeapest possible shipping. We started sending emails on Dec 16 and have yet to get anything other than an automated response. Now, they have sent me scrambling for gifts that should have already been here. We seek a refund for these products and will gladly return if they ever get here.

    We are so sorry for the delay in receiving your order. We were able to locate your email to us that was sent on Dec 21st. We replied the same day at 3:31pm offering to send a free replacement if you liked and asked you to respond with the complete shipping address to rule out an address error. We received no response to date. However, we can see that since then your order has been delivered as per the **** tracking number **************************. We will consider this issue resolved. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

     These people claim I did not reply after December 21st. I have 3 sent ACCEPTED emails to them regarding the matter, that I saved after this date. Mando maliciously did not respond after I threatened BBB. I will be glad to forward them to a BBB mailbox. I have all correspondences, which after initial response were all by me. I replied to the very email they sent. 3 Times. Lying Bunch!

    I finally got the beat to h*** package on December 31st. 1 Deoderant and 3 soaps missing from tattered box. I will gladly send the remaining items back to them. I am VERY dissatisfied with their response and lies

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. Shopmando.com refunded order this morning. We tried to close complaint, but were unable.
