      Hello, On March **, 2022 I put down $5,000 to use towards acne treatment and also to have my face resurfaced for acne scars. On that day I was told that they have the CO2 laser Machine that can resurface my face. However the next visit, I was informed that they do not have the CO2 Machine that is Full Ablative, and they only have the CO2 machine that is Fractional, which I did not want. *********************** then kept trying to persuade me to use the CO2 laser that she has in her *** location and when I informed her Im not interested, then she started to pressure me into other services that she offers and she would simply deduct it from my $5000.00 credit that I initially gave her for the procedure using the CO2 Machine that is Full Ablative that she doesnt have. I tried a couple of procedures that she recommended and didnt like the results of what *********************** recommended. Also every time I would go to her office and ask for an itemized invoice, they would tell me they would email it to me. It took them almost a year to get a some what of an invoice. It took many phone calls, emails and almost a year later to get an invoice. Once I got the invoice, the amounts on the invoice was much higher than what they told me the procedures would cost. At this point I want the rest of my credit refunded to my ******** Card, account ending in **** (thats the same credit card I used at this merchant to initiate the purchase). I also asked them if there is a sign in their office that explains their refund policy, and they said no! Also I never sighed any contract that says they will not refund my credit. Also I have multiple voice recordings when speaking to them over the telephone. I also have multiple emails from them, and video recordings of them in their location. I also went their last week and took a video. Thats when they explained that they dont have a sign explains there refund policy, and of them refusing to refund my monies due back.Thank You.
