      I placed my order in July 2024, expected delivery date July 27, 2024. My husband was home all day to receive this package but it never arrived. Although I received a confirmation email from *** stating it was delivered, they did not snap a photo for proof of delivery. I took it upon myself to go door to door in my building asking about my package, it wasn't found. After filing a complaint with Alexander Wang, they refused to provide me a refund. I then called *** to file a complaint about my missing package. *** advised me to call Alexander Wang so they can give *** permission to open an investigation. ** refused to do so.I processed a claim with my bank, which they said they will open an investigation and provide a courtesy payment ahead of the investigation. Alexander Wang refused to recognize my complaint and refused the refund. I have yet to hear any updates about this ongoing investigation and my refund from Alexander Wang. I am severely disappointed as I am loyal customer of **********************.

      I never received my order from Alexander Wang. I entered my shipping details on their website on when purchasing in the spaces provided; which is ****************************************. They shipped it to the wrong address somewhere in ******** and then it returned to the sender (I live on the ************). They never contacted me. I had to ask several times for a refund weeks later and they never fully refunded my order. This is my first time shopping on their website as I usually shop at the *******************. I will not shop with them at all until I get a full refund. For a brand that is supposed to be luxury, their customer service is terrible and concerning. Order number **********.

      To avoid any confusion: I am ***********, the buyer and the one who paid the bill. The order is under name ***************** (my boyfriend) because this is his shipping address. I placed my order at Alexander Wang online during the sale on April 9, but they did not ship the items until May 2nd. However, they already charged my card right after I place the order, which should not happen until the business ships out items. Without any previous notice, one of the items I purchased, a skirt, got canceled, but Alexander Wang did not refund me at all. Finally, I was requiring a shipping label to ship back some full-price items I did not want (which is also allowed according to their website), but Alexander Wang never gave me any shipping label until today, May 17th. I would kindly ask BBB to please help me get my refund for the skirt I paid but did not get, which is $107.5. Also, I would require Alexander Wang to email me the return label as soon as possible. Thank you.

      I went to the Alexander Wang flagship store in Soho on 11/19/23 to purchase a boot for an event while visiting ***. The store did not have any try on socks therefore I tried on the boots with my bf socks. I walked back in forth in the store to see how the boot made my feet feel (I have a hard time walking in heels) and they felt snug and secure on my ankle. When I got back to my hotel and put the shoes on with my regular socks the shoe did not fit my ankle and was not secure. I reached out to the store via email on 11/20/23 to return the shoes since they did not fit and I couldnt walk in the shoes. I sent the shoes back via ***** on 11/21/23. I followed up on the status of my return on 11/28/23 where they said they were behind and would get back to me. No one reached back out to me however I received ***** notifications on 12/2/23 that the store was sending the shoes back to me. I reached out to the store on 12/3/23 to gain clarity on why the show was sent back to me and they told me that 3 people reviewed the shoe and they determined that the shoe was worn. I NEVER WORE THESE SHOES IN MY LIFE AS I CANT EVEN WALK IN THE SHOES. If you look at the shoe the heel is not even damaged nothing so how can it be determined that I wore the shoe??? If the store had proper equipment for me to try on the products, I would have never purchased the shoe. It seems like that store sold me a worn shoe. After reading the reviews and complaints about this company it seems like they racially profile their customers which is another issue within itself. I called the store manager and he told me that the issue would be escalated to customer service and who knows how long that will take. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Big scam!!! Now they are asking me for pictures before I purchased the item like who walks into a store to buy something and have to take pics beforehand because the company is not trustworthy. $900 down the drain!!!

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Alexander Wang regarding the handling of my recent order, **********, order amount $363.34 and the subsequent refund process. Despite my efforts to resolve this matter directly with the company, I have not received a satisfactory response or a refund for my returned item.I used the provided return label within the original shipping box to return my order to Alexander Wang. The customer service department confirmed that the item was received by the warehouse on June 10th, and I was informed that the return processing and refund would typically take approximately 7 business days.Unfortunately, it has now been well beyond the promised timeframe, and as of today, July 6th, I have not received my refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact the customer service department via phone calls and emails, but have been met with no response or resolution.I find this lack of communication and delay in refunding my money completely unacceptable. As a consumer, I expect timely and efficient customer service, especially when it comes to refunds for returned items.I kindly request that the BBB intervene in this matter and ensure that Alexander Wang promptly processes my refund. Additionally, I urge you to address the broader issue of the company's poor customer service practices, as it appears that my experience is not an isolated incident.I have attached copies of all relevant documentation, including proof of purchase and any correspondence with Alexander Wang's customer service department.

      my order number ********** ,I bought a pair of slippers from Alexander Wang on May 15, 2023, and the ones I received were old and had signs of use. I returned them for a refund. My return shipping number is *** ** *** *** ** **** ****. The merchant signed for the package on June 1st. As of today, July 5th, I still haven't received my refund, and the merchant said he couldn't successfully process my refund.

      The order I placed on the Alexander Wang website,order number is ********** and ***********He cancelled my order and will not refund me, nor will your company handle it. There is no way to refund the money from the bank, and it needs to be processed by Alexandria ****. Please help me with the refund.       I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order I placed on your official website on April 18th. I initially purchased two pairs of pants and completed the transaction via PayPal at 12:35 pm (Order number: **********). Shortly after, I noticed that the mailing address on the order was incorrect. As per your website's guidelines, I was unable to modify the order details after placing it but had the option to cancel within 30 minutes (Figure.1). I promptly canceled the order (**********) and placed a new one (**********) with the correct mailing address at 12:40 pm, adhering to your cancellation policy.The status of my canceled order (**********) on your website displayed as "cancel order pending." Having experienced the same status with a canceled order last year, I did not suspect any issues (Figure.2) . However, on April 20th, I received an email notifying me that the canceled order had been shipped. I immediately attempted to contact your customer service by phone, but no one answered. After sending an email, I received a response today stating that my canceled order was not canceled within your system, it had been shipped, and I could not return it (Figure.3) .This situation has left me extremely frustrated, as I believe it constitutes consumer fraud. I strictly followed the sales requirements on the official Alexander Wang website, canceling my order within the 30-minute window. The unauthorized shipment of the canceled order and refusal to issue a refund seem to be the result of a system error or mistake on your part, and I should not be held responsible for these consequences.I kindly request that you honor your sales policy by canceling my original order and issuing a refund in accordance with my consumer rights.Sincerely******** ***

      I bought a tote bag from alexander wang on November 23rd. My order# is ********** I purchased $429.99 and they told me it would be delivered on December 1st. But I did not receive anything on that day. My parents and I stayed home the whole day but no one came. I sent an email to their customer service but no one has replied so far. I need them to take action with that. My desired resolution is to resend me a new one. Could anyone help me with that?
