    on 30/30/2023 I bought GEOX shoes for my child, as of now (5-1/2 months later) the shoes are ripped up and it is impossible to wear them since Geox offers a 1-year warranty, therefore I would like to kindly request a replacement or credit.

    The company in question (GEOX), is not honoring their return policy shown here: ******************************************** days ago I purchased a pair of shoes (order # *********). Said shoes were tried on then worn for all of an hour in my home. A reasonable action.I soon realized they were an absolutely horrible product, *** most likely already returned by a different customer-- based on their appearance. I quickly placed them back in the box. All original tags and packing, not one single spec of wear nor tear, and still in perfect condition.I began asking for a refund back in June, which is when the obvious game of "wait out the customer" began. Firs they asked for pics, which I sent. Then they became upset because they probably expected pics that could allow them to refuse the refund, but instead saw that the shoes are in immaculate condition. Then they asked for pics. Then they went radio silent until I called in to speak to a supervisor. Then they lied and said that I said that I wore the shows outside, which I did not, and would like to provide the entire time.stamped email chain to BBB to verify. Then they began ignoring me again in hopes I'll not pursue.Not only will I pursue, I will next contact my State ************************** and keep doing what must be done to receive my rightful refund. This is not a threat, it's an impending action.I have all documents and pictures to verify everything I am stating here today.

    I bought shoes for my child from the brand GEOX on 03/30/2023 from a local retailer in Brooklyn ** *****, However yesterday my son showed my that the shoes is ripped apart (2 months after buying it!!!!!!!!!!!) now, I have confirmed with geox before buying the shoe, that they offer a 1 year warranty for their products even if it was not bought directly from them but from a retailer therefore i request they should give me a refund or a replacement I have added a copy of the receipt my product is the 1st item on the receipt i also added a copy of the shoe box so you can compare it I also added my email exchange i had with geox were they confirm that they offer a 1 year warrenty
