      An excellent experience, working with GemsNY, both via email and in person. I explored designs and pricing for a sapphire and diamond pendant extensively in retail and online, then communicated directly with GemsNY, after checking their record on BBB. I was hesitant to make a large purchase like this strictly online, although that is the bulk of their business. I was traveling to NYC and arranged to meet a representative at their modest, secure showroom in Manhattan, to look at several stones and settings. ****** helped me refine my purchase choices, with no pressure to “up-sell.” All of their work is custom, so I selected my pendant setting and stone. They began work on it right away, even though we were going to pay for it via wire transfer when we returned home a week later. The piece was completed in less than two weeks from the time of order, sent overnight via *****, and arrived the next day. It is gorgeous, a special piece of heirloom quality jewelry, that I will enjoy for many years. Based upon my online and retail research, I believe GemsNY offers great value, excellent professionalism, and timely, high-quality work.

      I worked with *** *** of GemsNY on my wife's engagement ring and then later on her wedding band. I was extremely pleased with the service, quality, and value. I would certainly recommend them and use them again.

      I absolutely love the ring they made for us!! Beautiful!! Wonderful quality of lab diamonds Great timing for a custom made three stone ring. They worked with me sooo much!! I cant say enough good things..I really looked for months.

      Best experience I've had buying a loose gemstone. I was looking for a perfect smaller ***** Found their website when searching for loose rubies. Website is extremely easy to use, clear photos/videos of each stone. Found the stone I wanted, I had it in 2 days!. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
