We had a great experience during pandemic buying my engagement ring. We were super skeptical but it all worked out. We had it appraised once we got it. Its worth what they stated. Beautiful & unique at a fraction of the brand new cost for a custom ring. Coming back to finally get a wedding band!

I have sold about 10 items through I Do Now I Don't. I love this company, they have great customer service, always respond promptly, and are very professional. My only complaint is I wish they had a direct deposit option or processed checks more quickly, as depending on the time of the month you send in your item, it can take 4 weeks to 8 weeks to receive a check in my experience. Besides that, I cannot recommend them enough. This company is not a scam like many have claimed, like many small companies, they experienced difficulties during the pandemic, but I can ****% assure you, they are not a scam.

Outstanding service! I am a real customer and had a great experience! I got divorced last year and wanted to sell my wedding set. My ex paid around $15,000 for the diamond engagement ring, wedding band and mens wedding band. I took the set to a few local jewlers and was offered only $2000. I don't wear any jewlery and didn't want to keep the rings but wasn't willing to part with them for that low ball offer. I heard about I Do Now I Don't but was very concerned with the online transaction and having to mail the rings off to *** before getting paid. I did some research and even called to speak to someone. To my surprise, an english speaking person answered the phone and answered all my questions. I felt as if I had just called the corner store. I decided to give it a try and am very glad I did. I created an account, posted pictures and a description of my rings and let the bidding begin. I had heard that most jewlery only sells for 30-50% of the original cost so I had a price in mind of what I wanted. I'm not good at bartering so settled for a bit less than I wanted. Next I mailed the rings and *** documents to the address provided. The insurance was over $100 so be prepared. A few weeks later, after the commission, I received a check for $6970! That's a significant win considering the highest offer I previously had was $2000. I know it still doesn't seem right as I'm sure they were re-sold for far more but my research and experience tells me that I did pretty good. I recommend I Do Now I Don't. Very satisfied customer.
