       The misplaced review has been flagged two times to the customer team. Evidence has been provided that this review is in fact for a business on a different continent and is not based on a genuine experience with our company. No resolution has been provided. Asked that this be escalated to management with no response. Convinced that the customer inquiry team is a series of bots as you can never actually interact with a human to discuss the discrepancy. Even this response is extremely disappointing and generic.

      In October, 2024, I was scammed and lost $60000. I reported this to the police and tried to get my money back by using a recovery company called Online Justice. The sales person assured me that they would be able to help me recover my funds and manipulated me into paying $4000 for the service. He even told me how it would work and that I would get a refund back if this was not possible. They gave me a useless report and wanted me to pay more money for a correspondence report. Online Justice has been doing this to many consumers and it's sad because they're using people when they are at their lowest.

      While Trustpilot did respond to the original complaint, they failed to address the detailed follow-up I submitted in response to their message. I provided additional evidence, including specific review links, timeline patterns, and false claims that clearly violate their own guidelines... such as defamatory accusations (e.g., calling our company scammers), repeated use of unverifiable financial claims, and reviews that are clearly coordinated. Instead of reviewing this additional information, Trustpilot defaulted to automated denials. No response was given to my follow-up, and no human moderation or case-by-case investigation appears to have been conducted. The platform continues to allow these harmful and false reviews to remain published, despite clear violations and a lack of any effort from the reviewers to verify their identities or provide proof of service.

      We are still awaiting a real, human-led response to our most recent email- not a generic dismissal or automated message. Until Trustpilot is willing to meaningfully engage with the actual evidence presented and take appropriate action, we cannot consider this matter resolved.

Trustpilots failure to enforce even basic verification processes or respond meaningfully to repeated flags reflects a reckless disregard for the harm being done to legitimate businesses. We have lost client opportunities due to these reviews, with potential partners citing our Trustpilot page as a reason for walking away. To resolve this complaint, we are simply requesting an investigation and removal of the reviews flagged, and regard to the email submitted to Trustpilot on July 4th [To which no response has been provided]. As I've attempted to use the support system, it seems this is the only way of actually getting the attention of Trustpilot support- which is a shame... but I remain in the same position, ready and willing to resolve this matter constructively.

      Starting June 11th 2025, Your team was NOT in touch with me, per screenshots, they said I can track the progress of my ticket, but wouldn't tell me how. Then, I sent a new ticket in to find out how to track it multiple times, finally someone said something (just reply to the original message), I did MULTIPLE TIMES and all I got was SILENCE. 

      A month+PLUS goes by (today, July15,2025) my account and reviews were fixed. 

      BUT as soon as I posted another/new review, it IMMEDIATELY took it down and flagged me again for the same thing. So I took a video recording, like the first time you removed the reviews, and sent it and haven't heard anything.

      I also have a verified account, so I'm not sure what time issue it.

      I used ************* to form my LLC and, while they did a decent job, I was subjected to aggressive sales tactics for other services which in this case turned out to be for something not needed at all.I turned to them again when I needed to register my company in another state as a foreign entity so I could obtain a sales tax ID. This was a critical step tied to fulfilling the requirements of a $3.5 million contracta deal that would have provided my business with long-term stability and growth ************* Authority told me I needed a Certificate of Good Standing from ******** and said they could handle it for $500, with an expected turnaround of one to three weeks. I discovered later this information was false and this was my not required at all.I (wrongly) assumed that, given the urgency I clearly explained and the $500 fee, they would use an expedited service. Unfortunately, they chose the lowest-tier $75 option and pocketed the remaining $425without disclosing thats what they were doing.Worse still, a week after I placed the order, I asked for an update and was told (via a screenshot of an email) that the certificate had been approved and was in the mail and would arrive any day. Three weeks laterstill no certificate.This delay pushed me to the edge of breaching my contract, as I couldnt obtain my sales tax ID or start billing. I reached out again, only to be met with silence. *****, my original contact, stopped responding completely. Every time I called, I was shuffled to someone new who had no idea what was going on. Each person promised a callback that never came. I was told people were out sick, on vacation, or unavailable.This experience was infuriating, stressful, and costly. ************* overcharged me for a document I didn't need and delayed me putting at risk a 3.5 million dollar contract. When I discovered the document wasn't even needed and requested a refund they flat out refused.
