      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We acknowledge that during this period, our customer service experienced significant response delays due to extremely high volume, which unfortunately affected our ability to address this consumer's concerns promptly.
      Regrettably, we did not have stock of the copies the customer had ordered and failed to respond appropriately when he inquired about the missing issues. We sincerely apologize for this lapse in service.
      Since receiving this complaint, we have contacted the customer directly and taken steps to resolve the issue. As a gesture of goodwill and to reaffirm our commitment to his satisfaction with the Time brand, we have sent him five complimentary copies of an additional ***** bookazine valued at $14.99 each. We are reprinting the issue he wants at the end of the month and will send those as well, at no charge. 
      We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter and are committed to improving our customer service processes to prevent similar issues in the future. Please let us know if you require any further information.

      I have been receiving ************* in my mothers name since she died several years ago and no longer wanted it. I canceled the subscription and got a refund check for $31.53 in her name and couldnt cash it. I contacted the company at least three times in the last months and was initially told to return the check and Id get a replacement one in my name in 2-3 weeks. Each call was the same response. Id get a check in 2-3 weeks in my name. I havent received a check yet and would appreciate a resolution. Thanks, *************************

      Heres the findings we have on this situation.

      6/26/23 A $31.53 refund transaction request made to TIME by phone to CDS Global customer service rep
      8/14/23 TIME refund check returned to CDS as undeliverable.
      9/22/23 customer contacted TIME and requested the name be changed to ************************* on the account she was requesting a refund to.

      It doesnt appear that a 2nd refund went out after the name change request on 9/22/23. TIME generated a refund on 5/14/24. The customers current address shows her zip code as *****, but her note to us says ***** so we suspect thats the reason it was undeliverable. Weve updated the zip code to the one the customer provided so that should help with getting the refund check to her this time.

      This magazine has been charging me nonstop over $300, causing issues for my bank and my credit. Even after cancelling, it has not stopped. I want my money back.

      I received a postcard from ************* informing me my subscription will renewed automatically unless I call a number. I never signed up for auto renewal. I called the number and said I wanted to cancel and talked to a lady from overseas. She only knew how to read from a script and when I told her to stop reading the script and listen she kept reading. When I kept saying cancel, cancel, cancel we were disconnected. The postcard said I will be billed $39 in February.

      My minor (15/16 year old) child bought a book at a bookstore and during the checkout process she was told she would be getting free magazines. She didn't understand and gave her address. No bills have been sent via our home and no bills have been sent via email. She tried to cancel via a phone call back in May. She has been charged a total of $107.58 for magazines she never wanted. I called and Time says they cannot refund any of this money. I cannot understand why they are charging her and cannot refund for these magazines that we do not want. They say they use a 3rd party company and they handle the payment. This seems like a scam to take advantage of children who are not expecting to be charged for things they do not want. When the magazine came, she told me they were free from the bookstore. She has learned a ****** to monitor her account but I am really upset that even after she called that more charges have been coming. It has to be scam if kids are just charged on their debit cards and not sent bills via email or snail mail. ************* should discontinue its affiliation with SYNAPSE which has a BBB Rating of 1.05/5.00.

      I have repeatedly tried to cancel whatever subscription I have that costs $2.99/month. I receive nothing from ******** do not remember subscribing to anything.Once, I finally got through to a human. I explained the issue & was assured it would be taken care of. This was over a year ago & I am still being charged $2.99 every month. To whom can I speak to have this resolved?

      The below listed customer's account has been canceled and closed. She will not receive any more continuous service charges.  When the customer set up their account in February *******, they provided the following email address: *********************** This email address differed from the one she provided to ** and we could not locate her account to cancel it. Once she provided her full mailing address, we located her account and noticed that the two email addresses were slightly different.  This case has been resolved.
