    I contacted this service on Sunday, December 10, 2023 to schedule an appointment to fix an issue with my Refrigerator. On Monday, December 11, 2023, a technician came by (phone number: ************). He said that i needed a valve for my Refrigerator and it should take a week. We paid him $99 via Zeile for the visit, with the intention that it would credit to the repair. The issue is that he took the $99 and had no follow-*** with us. My wife and I followed up on many occasions and he always had an excuse to blow it off. Finally, after many delays, he replied and was scheduled to be at hour home on Friday January 5th between 10am and 1pm. We had someone a the house all day and he never called or showed up. I sent a text that nobody showed up and he ignored it. At this point, i am looking to have my $99 deposit returned. Second, I am concerned that my wife and I are victims of a scam by this website. It seems like this is an appliance site that makes their money by having people come to the home, collect the $99 deposit for the visit, with the intention of never returning. I am not sure if these are even licensed appliance repair people. I am happy to provide any additional information (text screen shots, call records, evidence of installer never showing up or calling via phone records and door cam videos). Thank you.

    This company is using my business name Anytime Appliance Repair for advertising for another business.
