Unbelievable! I have ***** Dental through my ****** ********** **************** Plan. I called my "assigned" dentist *********************** and was directed to their website. After I filled out all the registration paperwork I was redirected to Zocdoc where I had to do the registration process all over again. Later I called the dentist directly to confirm the appointment and was told they had no record of me or my appointment but my phone number was linked to my daughter, who has never been there??Apparently Zocdoc counted that as a "no show." In any case I rescheduled or SCHEDULED the initial appointment again, and unfortunately, due to Covid exposure I had to reschedule that appointment as well. On July 11th, Monday afternoon, I showed up early for the third attempt and the office was closed!! I called the office, the recording said they were having an "event" that day ... I left a message. No one called me back.Finally I called again and was told by the Manager, *********, that because I signed up under ZocDoc on May 2, 2022, their (Zocdoc's) Policy is that after two cancellations you are fired as a patient and there was nothing they (the Dentist) could do about it.Are you kidding me? I get pirated away from a legitimate dental website to ZocDoc (which this dentist either joined at some point or has not removed their connection to her website) and its all MY fault that the dentist didn't know about my first appointment? I offered to pay a cancellation fee for the 2nd one, but they said No. The third time they went to an Event and I didn't get the Memo ...I'm not sure who I'm more frustrated with. ZocDoc or the Dentist.But ***** Dental AND ****** are going tomhear all about it.Zocdoc

I use Zocdoc regularly. It is really convenient and very easy to use. At times, pending appointments don't go through but I don't see that as a Zocdoc issue. Sometimes the offices schedule appointments outside of Zocdoc so they still show as available but they aren't but, if that happens, they always contact me to let me know to schedule for another day/time. This rarely happens so Zocdoc is still my go-to.Zocdoc

I have made five appointments through Zocdoc. I get an "appointment pending" email but not a confirmation. When I call the doctor's ****** to confirm, the slot is taken by someone else and I have to reschedule. It's really frustrating and I have had medical care delayed four times due to an inability to schedule. The one time that I successfully scheduled an appointment through Zocdoc, the practitioner I saw was not the person that I had scheduled with and they were not of the same specialty that I had scheduled with, so, again, care was delayed as I had to seek out the appropriate provider after the fact.Zocdoc

I booked an appointment through Zocdoc with a doctor who is a travel medicine specialist to get vaccinations for forthcoming travel. I get to the appointment and the doctor doesn't work at that clinic and the clinic doesn't do travel medicine or vaccination. I wasted hours taken from work to do this and days when I could have got a 'real' appointment. I call their customer service number and the person puts me on hold to call the clinic and I am stuck on the line while both blame each other for who is at fault. Apparently, appointments through Zocdoc are not real appointments.Zocdoc

I cant believe they locked me out my account I have used for so Long especially during the pandemic where most appointments are virtual still and they lock out a mentally disabled person from recieving medical The medical attention and platform that one has used since mid 2016 this is so unethically and morally wrongAlex F.
