In December of 2021, I hired *********** to revamp and reupholster my couches and ottoman. I picked out material and gave them 1/3 of the amount they quoted. In March of 2022, (as we all agreed) they picked up the furniture to do the job they were hired to do and I gave them the 2nd payment. On June 7th, they returned the pieces to me and they were incorrect. I called Better Tex immediately to explain that they had not done the job I had hired them to do. The person who answered said he didn't know about it but that my salesman would be in the next day and he would contact me. I wanted them to take the furniture back but they did not. Later that day, Better Tex charged my credit card (without authorization) for the balance due even though they did not do the job that they were hired to do (and if I may add, the only reason I went with this whole job was because of the revamping they were going to do). I called Discover to file a claim and spoke with someone and they asked if i could try and work it out. I said I would. And I did, for the last four months I have been trying to resolve this. I keep being promised that it would be taken care of and as of this date, nothing has changed. I do have multitudes of emails back and forth outlining all of this should it be needed.
