    Finished with a social work degree from this online school almost 2 years ago, to only receive the physical degree almost a year later. Right away I Applied for the licensing exam, paid money for it, which was now over a year ago. The school had to send over a documents package in order for my application to be processed. After waiting for almost a year and constantly trying to contact the main person (president) *************************** (which almost never responds) about the hold up, the school sent over the wrong documents and my application got declined. Now again I am waiting for months to get the documents corrected and issue resolved, but nothing is happening for months, and *************************** is impossible to get in touch with. All she says is wait. Very unprofessional, rude and not helpful. She is either ignoring my calls and texts, telling me theres nothing she can do but wait, or simply responding with brush off remarks. And all of this is taking months to years. I need this to be done correctly and as soon as possible.
