    I purchased an electric bicycle on ****************************** for $4199.00 on May 22, 2023. I also purchased a bicycle pannier bag on July 13, 2023 for $135.00 totaling $4334.00. Fuell indicated that I could expect delivery of both items by July 2023. 16 months have passed, and I still have not received these items. I have contacted Fuell repeatedly and trusted them when they continuously promised ever-delayed delivery dates. My last correspondence from them on May 13, 2024 said, "Deliveries in the ** will happen between May 20th and early July. We finally have all parts and are starting assembly. Again, all our apologies for the delay and the bad feeling it gave you. ********-****** (francoisxavier.terny@fuell-inc)" They no longer respond to emails. This is a sizeable amount of money and has created a hardship for me, since bicycle is my primary mode of transportation.

    On April 6th, 2023, I paid Fuell, Inc. $3899.00, via *************, for a Fuell Flluid 2S e-bike. The company has yet to deliver the bike, despite their stated commitment to deliver in July 2023. In fact, the company has yet to deliver the bike to all but two of its 595 backers, according to the discussion forum on the company's Indiegogo page (********************************************************************************************************************). Rather than deliver the bike, the company made numerous excuses for delays, in its updates to its backers (*********************************************************************************************************************). The last update the company made was on September 16th, 2024, an update that was yet another explanation for further delivery delays. Since then, it has ceased communication with its backers.
