    Prudent Electric performed electrical service at my residence on 9/12/2022 and 9/27/2022. I was not presented any documentation for the service provided during either visit. I subsequently received an invoice with no details with what I believed was an inflated charge. Upon my request I was provided a breakdown of charges highlighting labor hours in excess of the actual hours worked. Actual hours were documented via the building vendor sigh in system. I asked for a revised invoice. Upon this request I was asked if the times were upon arrival at the building or at my apt. I responded they were upon arrival at the building. I then received a message that the invoice would not be adjusted mentioning travel times etc none of which are indicated on the rate sheet. They have a service call charge of $150 for each visit which typically covers such items. I believe I was overcharged 3 hours at $80 per hour.

    Unfortunately there are different types of clients. Some are happy and some unhappy. In this case ******************** forgot to mention we did not charge him anything for consultation and we helped him fix his electrical issue within very reasonable time frame. I sure hope we will get paid and wish ******************** all the best!

     This vendor fails to point out that they rescheduled multiple times causing us inconvenience but we continued to work with them on their scheduling issues. Additionally the work was very simple and did not require consultation nor was any consultation fee ever mentioned nor outlined in their rate sheet which I provided with my complaint . Just as **************** points out there are two types of customers I would point out there ate two types of vendors.

    Hello, we tried to accommodate clients needs best possible way and as timely as possible. There were no complaints from ******************** until came time to pay for the invoice. As far as i know both the gentleman and his wife were very happy with my worker. This would be my last response to this complaint. Please be aware, we(Prudent Electric Inc.) did not give permission to anyone to post publicly our rates or any internal information. With regards, *********************
