    If could give them a negative 30 star rating I would do so! The workmanship and quality of material of their product is absolutely horrible and they will NOT make it right. They downright refused so I will tell every person I know to steer clear of this companys products especially given that we spent close to $350 on the device. We went to relocate the product from the outlet do to painters coming and the prong on the cord broke off. This is completely unacceptable for a power cord to be so very fragile. This was the only time we unplugged it and we didnt move it ever before. Terrible that they refuse to make it right, done done done with this company. They will never see another dollar from me!

    I have had a business critical issue, impacting my entire company and my clients, for a year. And they do not care.Let me repeat, a CRITICAL business-impacting problem, affecting multiple clients, and I can barely even get a response through email. (thats their only contact option btw, which is absolutely ridiculous for a tech company)We are losing money because we are with this company. Because their systems do not work. Because their agents do not care.I've had to open several tickets, no one ever helps me. They keep having me do the same troubleshooting steps over and over. I am pretty sure they will never fix this issue, they are just running me in circles until I give up trying to fix it.They are an elaborate scam that does whatever they can to avoid doing real tech support. They make ******* look like first-class support.
