Accidentally ordered because I was already logged into my payment system. Tried to cancel twice through email. The first thing they do is instead of cancelling, they try to offer you a discount coupon. What modern-day website doesn't allow you to cancel from your own account page? Next thing I know the order is on the way. BTW look at their return policy 15% restocking fee for buyers' remorse! Total scam.Wellbots Inc.

**************** experience with ****** from Wellbots It is all about customer service for me. ****** from ********************** has been working with me hand-in-hand dealing with issues I am having with my control panel for my dolphin robot. He has gone above and beyond "the call of duty". So very much appreciative of everything he is doing to help resolve. Communication with ****** is the best. He answers my emails and my telephone calls. He follows through with exactly what he says he will do. THANKYOU ****** for everything!!Wellbots Inc.

Several minutes after placing my order, I asked via Live Chat to change the chosen color of the item I ordered, and I only got a response many hours later. They said they would make the change to order. The next day, I checked the order details to notice nothing changed, so I emailed to remind them. It took them 3 days to return an email in which they said the item was shipped and they couldn't make the change. However, I didn't receive a confirmation email and tracking number; the order still reads "Youll receive an email when your order is ready."Wellbots's service is full of lies. Their live chat window boasts of "typically reply within minutes." My experience is they typically ignore you, and occasionally they reply after half a day.Avoid Wellbots. Eventually, the meager discount you get from Wellbots comes at a huge emotional cost.Wellbots Inc.

This company is a bunch of scam artist and hackers trying to steal your information and your money. I have never heard of this website before and Ive never been on it before yet. I got numerous texts and emails in the middle of the night last night saying I placed an order. There are no pending charges so far in any of my credit cards, but if anything shows up, be sure I will be filing a lawsuit and police reports for theft.Wellbots Inc.

I ordered from this company a month ago and accidentally got the wrong part. I have been trying to return the part for over a month and all I continue to get is the runaround. I have called and emailed them multiple times and can't get anyone to actually help me with return. They do not care about their customers in the slightest. Just another company out there taking consumers money and running.Wellbots Inc.

I placed an order for an incorrect item by mistake. (The order came in 2 sizes and I ordered the wrong size). I emailed them well within 42 hours to cancel the order and inform them that I made a mistake. I received no response at all for days. Then suddenly I was emailed saying the order shipped and if I wanted to return it because of buyers remorse then I would have to pay all shipping fees. Ridiculous because I asked for it to not be shipped in the first place. This is tantamount to scamming.Wellbots Inc.

BUYER BEWARE. I am a victom of Hurricane *** and my bike got destroyed. I work for the public schools here in ******** and I saved up to get a new bike and I found one on a website called Wellbots. I never heard of them before and wish I hadn't. They took my money and never even shipped my item. They don't reply to support emails and give you the total run around over the phone. What makes matters worse is the money I was going to use for transpertation to the school I work at I spent at Wellbots so now I have to borrow money just to get to school next week. I truly wish I never met this outfit. And I don't know whats worse, being a victom of Hirricane *** or being a victom of Wellbots.Wellbots Inc.
